Product Description

HRC 58~65 super hardened overlaying wear plate, also known as bimetallic double-layer wear-resistant steel plate, is a plate product specifically designed for large-area wear conditions. It is formed by overlaying welding on ordinary steel plates, heat-resistant steel plates, and stainless steel plates to form an alloy wear-resistant layer mainly composed of Cr7C3 carbides with a volume fraction of over 50%. Wear resistant steel plates have high wear resistance, impact resistance, deformability, and weldability. They can be directly processed into engineering components such as curling deformation, cutting, and punching, just like steel plates, to meet the requirements of wear and tear for industrial use.

1.High wear resistance:
The wear test shows that the wear resistance of wear-resistant composite plates is more than 20 times higher than that of low-carbon steel, and more than 5 times higher than that of stainless steel and high manganese steel.

 

2. High impact resistance performance:
Due to the use of mild steel substrates, wear-resistant composite plates have high impact resistance, fully reflecting the advantages of composite materials that are both wear-resistant and impact resistant.

 

3. Good corrosion resistance:
The alloy layer of the wear-resistant composite steel plate contains a high percentage of metallic chromium, so it has certain rust and corrosion resistance.

 

4. Good processing performance:
