Galvanized Sheet Metal, dip a sheet steel plate into a melted zinc tank, so that the surface adhesion of a zinc sheet steel. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously dipped in the melting zinc bath to make galvanized steel plate; Alloyed galvanized steel plate. This steel plate is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after it is out of the groove, it is heated to about 500ºC to create an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good coating tightness and weldability.
Galvanized sheet are divided into hot dip galvanized and cold dip galvanized. Cold galvanized zinc layer is electric coating, zinc layer and steel coil substrate independent layer. Zinc layer is thin, zinc layer simply attached to the steel coil substrate, easy to fall off. So its corrosion resistance is poor.
